Discount & Sale Policy [ top ]
We periodically offer promotional discounts and sales. There is a limit of one discount per purchase. A discount or promotional code cannot be combined or used with other discount offers, coupons, or promo codes. This includes promotional codes, season ticket holder discounts, and any/all other promotions or sales. Management reserves the right to limit any/all discounts, and end promotions at any time. Promotional/discount codes cannot be used on Bundled products, Game Worn, Autographed, SB Ring merchandise, exclusive items, items already marked down, or other select items at managements discretion. Promotion Codes have expiration dates. Not all discounts offered online may be offered in-store. Items already "on sale" or otherwise marked down are not be eligible for further discount. We reserve the right to limit discounts on bulk orders where more than 6 of any one item are being purchased. All purchases of sale items are final and non-refundable.

How often is the ProShop website updated? [ top ]
We are constantly updating the website to keep the product line fresh, along with new items, auction items and specials. This is the only site for official Patriots merchandise.
What are your hours of operation? [ top ]
Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Our on-line store never closes!

Yes, shopping at the Patriots Pro Shop is safe and easy. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety and privacy, and we use the latest security measures to keep it that way. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive to our server only privately and unaltered.
How do I know if a product is in stock or if it's back ordered? [ top ]
All products on our website are in stock. In the event that a size or an item goes out of stock or is back ordered you will be notified by email or by phone within 3 business days.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed my order? [ top ]
Yes, as soon as you check out and complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified as your email address. You will also receive an email from our warehouse providing you your tracking number so you can track your package!
Do you accept international orders? [ top ]
Yes we accept international orders, all funds are paid in U.S. currency. Click here for more shipping information. Depending on where the item(s) are being shipped, in-stock items usually take 2 to 4 weeks. Please note the due to shipping procedures for international orders we are unable to offer exchanges. International customers are welcome to return items for refund and place a new online order through the website for the desired new product.
What forms of payment do you accept? [ top ]
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Please note that autographed, game worn, and other select merchandise may not be eligible for promotional discounts.
Can I change my order after I have placed it? [ top ]
We will do our best to accomodate changes to orders, however during high volume periods we may be unable to do so. Most orders are shipped within hours of being placed. Please send us an email so we can determine whether or not the change request can be accommodated. If your order has already been processed, you may return it , in accordance with our return policy. Please follow the return instructions that came with your package.
Do you offer customization or personalization of products? [ top ]
We offer Customized Authentic Player Jerseys. Customized and/or personalized products are not returnable.
What is your Return Policy? [ top ]
When returning an item for a refund please include the shipping invoice that came with the order, indicate your request for refund, and send to the return address listed below. The refund credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
When returning an item for exchange please write details/instructions for the exchange on the shipping invoice included with the order. Merchandise should be sent to the return address listed below. Your exchange will be processed and shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note a good day-time phone number should we need to contact you regarding the exchange. If the product requested to be exchanged is unavailable, the item will be returned for refund.
*For merchandise received in error (wrong size or incorrect item): We apologize for any mistakes made in the fulfillment process. Please contact us via phone or email about the error and we will work with you to correct your order.

We honor returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. You may also return goods in-person with the shipping invoice to the Patriots Pro Shop Store located on the north side of Gillette Stadium at One Patriot Place, Foxboro, Mass. Likewise, purchases made in-Store can be returned to the online ProShop with the store receipt to show proof of purchase.
We will NOT accept worn or laundered clothing, or any undergarments. Autographed, Game Worn/Team Issued, Customized and Personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Any item that requires a certificate of authenticity may not be returned or exchanged. DVD/Blu-rays, must be unopened and returned within 60 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving back the returned merchandise. Note that if you are returning an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the product requested to be exchanged is unavailable, the item will be returned for refund.

Military & First Responder Discount FAQ [ top ]
What discount do you offer? PatriotsProShop.com is proud to offer a discount of 10% to select customers who have served our country in the Military or as First Responders and their spouses and immediate families.
How does it work? To receive your discount, please shop as you normally would, then verify your eligibility during the shopping process using the ID.me widget on the checkout page. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes and will not apply to items already marked down.
How do I verify my status to receive my discount? Once you have loaded your shopping cart with eligible merchandise, simply click on the Military Members and First Responders button on the checkout page. Once you verify your First Responder or Military status, ID.me will pass the discount automatically to the shopping cart and you will receive your percentage off discount.

Information About Fraudulent Websites [ top ]
There have been a number of recent reports of fans who have been victims of fraudulent websites selling counterfeit Patriots and other NFL merchandise. It is important to know what to look for while shopping online in order to avoid scams.
Many sites use the word “Official” in their logo or text even though they have no affiliation with the team. Access the Patriots ProShop through patriots.com to be sure you are on the actual Official ProShop website. Shop with trusted vendors you know.
Before placing an order on any website, click on the Contact Us, Return Information, or other information pages. Confirm that there is a phone number or mailing address where you can contact the vendor in event of a problem with your purchase.
Be cautious of sites selling merchandise at prices that seem to good to be true. Look carefully at the websites you visit. Misspellings and bad grammar may be a sign of a fraudulent site operating from an international location.
If you find yourself a victim of a scam, contact your bank or credit card company immediately.
The NFL is actively working to shut down websites that sell counterfeit merchandise. Shop carefully.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser on the online order receipt. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The purchaser bears the risk of loss for items purchased from this Web Site upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, that is our final stage of responsibility in fulfilling the online order.
Any additional contact or recourse must be directed through the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost in transit shipments.
