DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES is committed to providing the safe and prompt delivery of all customer orders.  We utilize USPS, UPS, Fed Ex Ground, and & Fed Ex Express to deliver orders to our customers.  We make every attempt to offer customers competitive shipping rates and services ranging from ground & priority to next day.  Orders are shipped from the warehouse located at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.  Please review the information below for more details regarding your delivery.


Orders shipped within the United States may be delivered via one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, Fed Ex Ground, or Federal Express. Rates are based on the method of service you select (Ground, Priority, or Next Day), the total value of the order, as well as what area of the country your order is being delivered to.  We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges for any orders that exceed our regular rates due to weight, size, or other special circumstances.  Customers will be contacted directly should any additional shipping charges apply. Please be advised that orders valued over $100 may required a signature for delivery confirmation. In the event a package is returned due to customer error in addressing, the customer will be responsible for any second attempt delivery charges.


All delivery times are estimates, and exclude weekends and holidays. Ground orders are generally received in 3-5 business days, but may take as many as 7 business days to be delivered.  Priority orders are delivered in 2-3 business days, and Next Day orders in 1 business day.  Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered "Business Days" when calculating delivery times.  Please note that deliveries sent to APO (or other military addresses) and P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for Priority or Next Day Service. Next Day and Priority 2-Day orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Standard time will be shipped on the following business day.  We encourage customers to email us at with any questions regarding shipping prior to placing their order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES is committed to providing service to Patriots fans around the world.  Most international orders (including Canada) are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fed Ex International Mail Service.  We encourage international customers to contact us via email with any questions or concerns they have regarding shipping.  Email us at We advise internatioanl customers that delivery time averages about 15 business days, but that estimate can vary by as much as 10 days or more. Delivery times are based on carriers estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any Duties, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, or any other charges levied by the governments or carriers.  Our rates are based on what is charged to ship the order by the carriers.  Any other funds due by the recipient are levied by the carrier and/or the government - none of those fees are collected for or paid to  Any packages that are rejected are subject to be billed for any additional fees that are charged, and original shipping fees will not be refunded to the customer.

Our online pricing represents estimates for International deliveries and may not reflect what the actual costs are or what the customer may be asked to pay.  Should the actual charges differ greatly from the estimates the customer may be refunded a portion of these charges, or may be asked to pay additional charges, based on actual shipping fees set by the carrier.


When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser on the online order receipt. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The purchaser bears the risk of loss for items purchased from this Web Site upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, that is our final stage of responsibility in fulfilling the online order.

 Any additional contact or recourse must be directed through the shipping carrier.  Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost in transit shipments.
